Starting Tuesday 10th February, The Crags will be hosting a 6-week self-defence course for women aged 16 and over. The course will include a variety of lessons in defence for women.
Each session will provide an effective workout which improves core strength, co-ordination and mobility with all classes having a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
All abilities are welcome from those who have no previous experience to those who have a martial arts background.
